The Main Hall accommodates up to 80 guests. For events with 40 or more attendees, security services are required in accordance with the rental agreement. The space includes seating and setup options with eight rectangular tables and six round tables for guest seating, along with 80 chairs. Additional furnishings include three rectangular tables designated for food service and two bar-height cocktail tables suitable for gifts or dessert displays. Please note that parking at the Community Center is limited. All attendees must park in designated visitor parking areas only. For events requiring security, Blackstone Management provides virtual security services. This includes remote monitoring of security cameras and oversight of activity within the Community Center to ensure compliance with the rental agreement. Any violations will be documented and, if necessary, reported to law enforcement for immediate action. Please be aware that there is no on-site security officer unless dispatched by law enforcement. Disclaimer Event Disclaimer and Rental Policies All events are limited to a maximum of six (6) hours, which must include setup and cleanup time. The Community Center is open daily from 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM. All events must take place within these operating hours. Submission of payment does not guarantee approval. All reservations are subject to review and final approval by the HOA Board. As part of the approval process, applicants may be required to schedule an in-person tour and discuss event details with a member of the Board. Please allow up to 72 hours for Board outreach regarding next steps. Once approved, you will receive a follow-up email with detailed instructions to proceed. To expedite scheduling of a required tour, you may contact the HOA directly at hoa@fieldsideneighborhood.com. A $50 change fee will apply to any approved reservation requiring modifications to the event date or time. This fee covers administrative costs associated with reconfiguring building systems, including alarm codes, HVAC settings, and lighting controls. By submitting this request, you agree to hold the HOA Association, its Board members, and affiliated parties harmless from any claims or liabilities arising from your event. You also acknowledge and consent to all video and audio recordings captured by the Community Center’s security camera system. |
